Terms & Conditions — Rajput Hostel 1. Admission Admission is confirmed only once the security deposit and the first month's rent are paid and a bed is allotted in writing. Beds are allotted by Rajput Hostel and may be changed for operational reasons with prior notice. 2. Rent Rent is payable by the 5th of each month. Late payment may attract a late fee and, if unpaid, suspension of services. 3. Security deposit A refundable security deposit of Rs. 8,000 is held for the duration of your stay. It is refunded within 15 days of vacating, after deducting any unpaid dues, damages or unreturned items. 4. Notice period You must give 30 days' written notice before vacating. Leaving without notice forfeits the notice-period rent from the security deposit. 5. Electricity and utilities AC Charges are billed on the metered reading of your room at the rate notified by Rajput Hostel, in addition to rent. 6. Meals Where a meal plan is taken, the menu is set by Rajput Hostel and may change. Meals are served only within the posted timings and are not refundable if missed. 7. Guests and visitors Visitors are allowed only in the designated area during visiting hours. No guest may stay overnight. Only the registered tenant may use the allotted bed. 8. Entry timings Please return by the notified closing time. Repeated late entry without informing the management may end your stay. 9. Conduct Alcohol, drugs, weapons, gambling and smoking inside the building are strictly prohibited, as is any behaviour that disturbs other tenants. Breach is grounds for immediate termination without refund of rent. 10. Property and damage Any loss or damage to the building, furniture or fittings caused by you is recoverable from you or your security deposit. 11. Personal belongings Rajput Hostel is not responsible for the loss or theft of cash, valuables, electronics or other personal belongings. Please keep your locker locked. 12. Termination Rajput Hostel may terminate your stay for non-payment, breach of these terms, or any conduct that endangers other tenants or staff. 13. Your information The details and documents you provide are used to register and manage your stay, and are shared with government authorities only where the law requires it.
